WVS - The Worldwide Veterinary Service

WVS has many enquiries from our associated charities for veterinary textbooks to help support their work. Manuals and books that might be cluttering up your bookshelf could be invaluable to a vet or organisation around the world. So, we have teamed up with BSAVA to encourage anyone attending the congress this year, to bring along their old textbooks and drop them off at the WVS book collection point. Once transported back to Dorset, these books will be parceled up and sent all over the globe, with many going to our newly opened veterinary library, based at our International Training Centre in India.

 

The WVS book collection stand will be available for all 4 days of the congress, so whether you have old BSAVA manuals that you recently updated, other veterinary textbooks you no longer need, or just want to find out more about WVS and our volunteer opportunities, come along and find us in the ICC from 12th-15th April.
